I left because people didn’t 1) listen to me, 2) at least fake appreciate what I did for them and this community, and 3) almost any vote I made as an admin was nullified by a full committee vote. That completely eliminates the purpose of admin lmfao you’re supposed to have power to overrule if need be.

Being an admin is boring. You get shit on constantly if you make a slight mistake (and it's easy to). There is a lot more motivation to be become an admin than to stay as an admin.

I used to work on a server a couple years ago. Had to deal with this shit for 4 years. It got so tiring and annoying but I realized Gmod people are fucking stupid and that its no use fighting with these idiots, cause if you know you're in the right you shouldn't have to worry about them. But whats annoying about that is that it tags you as the "villian" or the power hungry admin and get spammed asab type bs. You can never win.
