[Festive]

In the loading screen on rule 5 it says have fun. But, no where on the motd does it say to have fun. To add to that there is also no punishments for players who are not having fun (Staff) and I think in order to properly staff a ttt server, all staff must have fun. Otherwise they are really annoying to play with and force everyone else not to have fun by "enforcing" the rules. Everyone knows the rules are there to make the server look legit and scare the bad people away.
