+1 never had problems with Damien in the past. Can't relate to defiant attitude or ease to get him angry for anything. Well, if you want to help after this 'reform' of 2020 it'll be good for both sides. The main things you should bear in mind for staffing are stress management and not pushing yourself as hard. After all, it's a good way to put patience into practice.

My suggestion: try to gather evidence and make threads on your own more than commenting on ban requests to get an adequate grasp of the process

Thanks for the +1 and feedback, I do my best to get ban requests done when i'm on but fortunately there isn't much ban-ful behavior when I'm on. Definitely willing to do it, just lucky/unlucky (Depending how you look at it) when I'm on.

Thanks for The Feedback and +1, we've played together a bit and I take in a lot of the staffing that people do as training so you being on is great to watch!

Apart from being a little trolly at times he is fine and would make a good addition to staff (We are all a little trolly at times)
