Im proposing a permaban for the alt account above and the original account, STEAM_0:0:518555182.
The original account has been banned 3 times, two of which were purely related to racism/trolling/harassment.
This would be a 3rd ban directly related to racism, 4th ban with racism as a factor. Either way, staff guidelines suggest a permaban. This should be for both the original account and the alt online today.
