I will in no way say that this was handled well on our side. But to say you weren't being derogatory is not truthful. You directed the word at us after calling us "a bunch of retards being retards over a GMod server". I posted the entirety of the conversation to be as transparent as possible. Technically speaking, we asked you to not call us that and you used it at us. Even if the word itself wasn't being punished, the fact that we asked you to not used it at us should be.

No I said "a bunch of retards being retards as is the norm for a GMod server" in regards the argument that was occurring in real time. Which included myself and anyone else in the conversation. It's really not my problem that you're offended so easily and you feel like you need a safe space on the internet. It's also not my problem that you had a shitty interpretation and interpreted that as direct attack on you, and not the fact that it has been said 1000s of times that only retards play GMod. The second instance, sure, whatever I called you a retard, you got me there.

The victim mentality is so tiring and pathetic. Just block me and move on if you don't like me calling something retarded. That way you won't have to see my extreme insensitivity.

Also, it's hilarious you're okay with the use of "idiot" but not "retard" which is incredibly hypocritical and just indicates you get off of the idea of "hmm well *this* specific word offends *me* so it should be banned. This word doesn't offend me though so its okay!"
