Well one of them is for him talking about child porn, so, there's that.

This was a minor discrepancy. I believe the convo went along the lines of i said "fuck you kid" to an actual underage kid, and then when it was brought up i said "oh yes, because i would totally talk about fucking children on a gmod server." GET A GRIP LOL. If I was actually talking about CP I know Les would have BANNED ME.

context for the donor abuse and kicking, HONG told me to donate so i could kick him whenever i please. i definitely dug myself a hole with this but you guys lack the understanding of the situation.
im also aware i ungagged myself, but this was after a round. i thought gags were only a round so i ungagged. i dont see how these are relevant considering i lost my donor rank and was made a supporter.
as for the slurs, i never said anything racist. i accidentally let the f ending in t word out. i hadnt read the rules at that point in years and forgot.

these videos are of me expressing my opinions. let me affirm and say youd all be mad too if you joined a server, and were told that a low ranking staff was recording everything in an attempt to get you banned. (after a week prior, he said that he enjoyed my banter and that he would never do such a thing)

I just typed a big ass paragraph but im convinced it doesnt convey what i want correctly because tired but this seems like an extreme reaction for what he has done. Permaban for this is actually laughable imo considering the other things that I’ve seen in this server the relatively small amount of time I have played.

because they didnt do it to me? look at my rep man. i also negged everyone i disagreed with, and +1'd people i did agree with lol. by this definition call out damien for targeting me !?!? at this point you guys are being silly and trying to get me mad. im going to stop allowing you folk to gas light me and allow others to see all of this for themselves.

I'm going to be honest here.
The evidence shown along with warns accrued are pretty indicative of a toxic troll, whom spent his day flaming staff rather endlessly and micspamming. I've played with you many times before pooh. Oftentimes you can be chill, but often times you can be rather toxic. And frankly, I think the toxic outweighs the chill.

But I think a permanent ban goes too far at the moment. In the interest of due process I feel pooh should serve the 3 day punishment and get a clear directive of what is and isn't going to be appropriate behavior from now on. We can't just jump right to a permanent ban after only one micspam ban and essentially a temp for donor abuse. It's been for toxicity there should be at least a warning ban of some kind.

Take this as a final warning of sorts. If you continue to harass Damien, which also constitutes flaming staff, being toxic in general, or bringing up inappropriate conversations / comments, a permanent ban is likely your next step. But given that two rats (banning mod) followed staff guidelines, I see no need for an extended ban here.

The only thing that really gave me pause was the discussion on CP / pedophilia. These topics are inappropriate for the server, and if anyone has additional evidence of then what he was warned for already, please present that directly to one of the TTT admins. I don't have enough evidence on me right now to ban for that, as he was already appropriately warned.

Closing this out without action for now, I did get consent to close this from one of the admins.
