Reason to Ban: racism, slurs, micspam, staff disrespect, harassment.  Given the speed at which he managed to do all of this, I believe he needs a longer ban than what I can provide him.

Was warned by other users to stop with slurs before staff got on:
   
Racism/slurs/micspam/harassment/staff disrespect (harassment/staff disrespect because he directed them at other players and myself, micspam because he's literally screaming them at the top of his lungs).

He also verbally ghosted today and deliberately continued after I told him not to, but for some reason (I'm an idiot), I forgot to start OBS for that map.  He was gagged for this as well.
