Other: Sorry the video is in third person, but he was on the other team as I was. He was going from prop to prop and fled after this round so I couldn't get any other recordings. I think this is enough to bean him though.

It looks like a UAV to me. It especially feels like one when he goes to shoot the first prop before he registering that there's anything up there. Also how he's stumbling around the map but just perfectly ends up on props head's. I'd prefer more in the future but will be banning the dude for UAV hacks.
