This is clearly a purchase of donor made for pure abuse. At the very least they need a strike even though a removal of donor would be the better choice. 

I'm for either a strike or full removal. I know that Dink doesn't like to remove them off the bat but some people that choose such abuse clearly don't care to withhold the donor rank. I'm sure if he wasn't temp banned for abuse he would have continued without a doubt.
