Sounds like the other guy baited him into a confrontation. I mean my name is Rotary Wing Retard in the discord. I think this whole thing is between two people arguing and got out of hand.
More of a warning than a ban scenario to me, for both people honestly. Dino got trolled and took the bait too hard. The other guy was obviously doing it on purpose, and honestly no better if you want to go on harassment stuff alone. This is nearly textbook targeted harassment almost.
