Im trying to changd it back to wheatley but when i change it on steam it doesnt change here also how would i get the avatar gif if i have to upload it

If the gif is exactly 100x100 pixels you can go to the change avatar button under your profile and put in the URL to the gif. Steam animated profile pics don't work
