Yeah I've been working on it, I'm pretty sure I am a lot less toxic than when I originally applyed. (Or hope I am)

Considering this post was made 20 days ago and never closed I might as well put my input in here.

Is not immature.
Knows the rules super well.
Very active on both discord and the forums.
When Im handling tons of reports or on the forums he is easily trusted to keep the server in line, even without special permissions.
Nobody has an issue with him whatsoever.
Seems like a natural to me.

Someone remove the bad rep Jerald came in here and put on someones honest input on a staff app. You were demoted and banned, why would you do that to someone you never met? Get gone (will be deleted when bad rep is removed)
