impersonating staff isn't a bannable thing unless its with malicious intent... also since when is telling people to stop mic spamming impersonating staff?

Well, it is titled wrong. Impersonating staff is bannable (i.e. Changing name to copy a staff member so on, and as you said malicious intent.) At PH we frown upon people that are not staff, using staff binds. Reasoning - For some reason even with hatschat chat tags people struggle to see the difference between a regular player and a staff member. Unless it's like, Moderator+. Not saying I will outright ban this person, but simply ask them to stop..staff are there for a reason so let them do their job.
