I personally use discord. I upload my mp3's to a private server and just copy the link from that. I find it works best and it never fails me.

Be sure to not put any spaces in the file name as well as not making the name too long before you upload it.

So if I was to want to play a videos sound from Youtube how would I do that with discord?

Use a youtube downloader to download the mp3. Then rename it to have no spaces and a relatively short name. Then upload to discord (either pm's or a private server). then right click the name and press copy link. Then queue it up
