My apologies for this being later, but -1

1. A staff member told me you used his donor powers because the staff member didn't gag someone even though it was at the warning phase. 
2. I've seen you get upset at some ghosters so you told them to shut up and you got pretty angry
3. I heard that one of our staff members asked you to help record, but you refused.

I don't think you qualify for staff at this time.
Some good pointers:
1. Do not use your donor powers while staff are on
2. Demonstrate your ability to be calm during stressful situations
3. Be willing to help others, I know you aren't expected to do these things, but its a good quality we look for in prospective staff. As a staff member you are going to be asked to do a lot.
