Looking at the videos, I saw 4 kills, 2 of the newspaper, the car, the mini filing cabinet. The newspaper one is not suspicious nor is the car, the filing cabinet is suspicious but not if you know the map. They may have been ghosting before but in a couple of these videos there were no kills. They were not running from prop to prop on a massive killing spree and they did not seem to know some of the basic mechanics of the game. I am sorry but I do not see any reason to ban them at this time.
