Reading the staff opinion, it might be better for PH to keep a mod group deciding things rather than promoting someone to admin that the other mods don’t see as fit. Sounds like a rift waiting to happen

I feel this is the best option for now, as we don't have an admin, and none of us currently see anyone fit enough to be an admin right now. Please highly consider this. We do not need more dis-coordination among staff, and need to be a team. This would promote this better, and time will come where one of us will be fit enough for admin.
