forums error

every time I open the forums a big error appears and I have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and its annoying me is it like normal and writing this makes me look dumb? also while I'm here how do you get signatures to autoplay like Voss and Kasumi's? okay, I tried to add a picture but it won't work.
