Other: When I first hopped on I was notified from Lukorion about silverstar. I was also told silverstar had a Vac ban, I tested out a spot and he killed me suspiciously. It may have been just for one round because he left afterwards when I became hunter.

To me, it didn't look like he was hacking, it's hard to tell in 3rd person which is why we rather have 1st person. You can go into spec and watch him there if you are on the opposite teams.

Due to the lack of evidence the player wont be banned, by me at least.

Not quite enough evidence for me either, suspicious yes, but nothing that would account for a ban that would stick if an uban request was sent in.
