I skimmed through Avi's post but I understand what she says. Also, even if you gave it access to the trusted ranks like donors and higher, they will still abuse the spray and break the rules. A lot of the people that got punished for using NSFW spray were all donor rank and higher. You think you can trust them, but you just cancer. I do recall how it was heavily abused when we used to be on enjin days, and it was mostly staff that used the sprays at that time, I believe it was restricted to Supporter and higher for sprays at that time. Supporter is a rank below donor and it was a paid thing. It's now or at least I think that it's being used as demoted donor now if I recalled correctly.

So I am in full support of a no as well.
