When: Last Night 3/22/26 And Continued behavior from Nearly 2 years ago.

Witnesses: Beside myself we have, Phantom(Vern the turtle on discord), Fluxx, L3 Eagle, and Mystical Elf Warrior...


This has been going on for years at this point, i brought it up once before with nothing ever being done... Others have brought up heir concerns with again nothing ever being done.. At the time it was the same group of people that had did it, that were staff etc... Im told that staff these days is quite different so i guess ill give this another try...

Yeasterday me and several others decided to get on murder, weve been playing on and off for about a month roughly.. As well as the PH server... Occasionally Big sad would join PH with us.. Yesterday he joined us in Murder... Ya know ok fair more the merrier and we were all actually getting along despite the past which i will post links to.... Me and the other have been Perma Banned from the server after not being on in almost 2 years, The second that levi joins the server... Not only when he joined the server did phantom try to be nice and say something like, look a admin... For Levi to respond to her calling her a Retard... Not only after we were banned, L3 Eagle was still on the server with nothing happening to him yet he did RDM Levi which im getting blamed for... He was still in the server listening to Levi to continue to call us all Retards to the Random that were playing.. Or maybe they were not randoms and that it was once again Alts coming on to fuck this us once again... Ya know id think after two years the shit in the past would be let go, that after awhile the rules broken by EVERYONE INVOLVED HERE INCULDING STAFF, We would all just start over with a fresh start but here i am, having to defend Me and my friends against this bullshit once more... I know People mentioned if i had video of him calling us a retard..  I do not, did not think after 2 years i would need to get on and record just to protect myself from this bullshit... I brought it up in the discord, Once again ill apologize for accidentally posting it in the PH channel and Continuing it even once i knew, Heat of the moment after Being Called a retard, and then Banned. So once again I apologize..
I tried to reach out to Big Sad to see if he was recording at all, never got a response, not sure i ever will(Oh well), Its not like he would post it anyway, and im sure as hell sure levi wont post him saying what he did either.. Hell the two were talking i discord anyway so id assume they were both in on this, just as they were last time.. I really dont think its just a coincidence that everytime these guys get on something like this happens.. While talking in discord Levi mentioned he had enough to ban us long ago, Then my question is... Why wait until now, nearly 2 years later to come on and do it, and not only do it, but only do it to ME, Phantom, and FLuxx they same people you tried to ban 2 years ago which was mind you false and got reversed as well.. If you had the evidence way back then why did we get unbanned then.. Oh thats right, because You, Norm, and August let much of that shit go, and much of the shit you and staff did as well.. So to even try to bring up stuff of the past to try and justify the punishments now is crazy... Even more so when the server has been DEAD for nearly 2 years since we left, So if you are using alts to come on and spy on us playing ONCE AGAIN, then thats just sad, it really fucking is..

If that dont show targeting as well as proof of him saying it idk what will.. 
So I want Unbans for everyone that was, Me, Phantom, Fluxx.. If any rules were Broken here then proper punishment should be used.. I want Levi Banned from Murder(A admin should not act like he does), And i want him Community banned as a whole for the harassment thats continued after 2 years away. If anyone thinks that not even a month of being back and levi gets on for the first time in a year and a half(Stated by himself), calls us retards, and then the discord conversation and emojis is not Harassment idk what to tell you really i dont.. I am getting so incredibly tired of joining the prop hunt server and being subjected to copious amounts of racism, homophobia, antisemetic whatever flavor of trolling it is of the day every single time i enter the server, when i submit a complaint this admin just brushes everything off and says that its just better to wait for someone to say something when thats not how it should work.  it is clearly stated every time you load into a map RULE 4 NO BIGOTRY but when someone start engaging in that sort of behavior they get gagged for one round and then nothing else happens, this is now the third day in a row that this has happened with the same people.  but all that happens is they get a slap on the wrist and go on with their day.  i dont want to have to screen record and gather evidence every single time i load into the server to enjoy a game of prop hunt.  when confronted directly milk chan tells me to mute the voice chat but what does that solve other than now i dont have to hear racist stuff but every single other random person who joins does, milk tells me im mini modding when i complain about this issue.  ive about had it, not to mention milk literally ghosted me the other day but i  really dont care about that but this admin clearly has no interest in stopping the racist behavior and bigotry unless someone complains about it and when they do nothing gets done about it, a one round gag for people who are literally asking over voice chat what everybody's favorite slurs are is insane behavior.  
When They Did It: all of the time but most recently today.  

Potential Witnesses: everyone in the server at the time as well as the video posted in the prop hunt discord which as of right now is still up but if for whatever reason it gets taken down i have it available to resend on discord

Recently on the server, I killed an innocent through following a kos. I got reported for it saying, "killed an innocent for no reason". I had a valid reason to kill them as they were kosed through voice chat and I simply followed it. Another staff member agreed that they were kosed in voice chat and the map changed. Once the map loaded in, Roxstar proceeded to slay me with the given reason "He said Sal shot him, and Sal responded by a KOS. / Followed Traitor KOS with no reasonable cause to believe". Given as there have been many incidents where a traitor had called a kos on someone and an innocent was killed because of it but no slain was given, I don't understand how my incident is any different. After asking Roxstar about it, they said "Sal was a traitor, so Sal can't be slayed for it. You followed a bad KOS, so you get slayed."

I just can't help but feel that bunniey may be a little bit on a power trip. At the end of the day the actions he took were not that huge of a deal but considering that I've been a part of the community on and off for around the last three years, I just don't want my reputation marred. I was issued 4 warning points for gagging a person that was Mic Spamming the Fortnite victory royale song and then promptly ungagging him. I understand that there were other staff on and they could've handled the situation, but I think it's fair to say no one likes their eardrums blasted out. bunniey stated that I'm not allowed to ungag him even though I was the one to issue said gag. I used the gag command as a warning, not out of malice. I wasn't attempting to abuse my role as donor, so I feel it's pretty unfair to be issued the warning points in the first place. I understand that the warning points expire, but I don't agree with the prospect of being potentially banned/my donor role revoked for arguably a minor incident. I tried to bring it up with bunniey over voip, but they seemed rather disinterested in discussing the matter and was pretty dismissive. I can't help but feel it was a bit of an over-reach in power and maybe a verbal warning should be considered next time? At the end of the day, I'm not looking for punishment be issued to bunniey, but I would like the warning points removed and maybe some consideration of intent next time, rather than just blindly issuing warning points

What they did: So there I was, relaxing this evening in the TTT server, nothing too big, just sort of chilling in spectator as a dead man, when an old buddy pops in and says hello. Someone mentions something about the bathroom, and I get an idea. I say "i gotta piss but the prostitute is hogging the bathroom," just as one of those silly off handed statements, gets a few reactions so I bite down a little more, declare about this hypothetical prostitute that "I might bash her skull in with the reading lamp." Some more talk gets bandied about, lots of laffs, that sort of thing, I decide okay, try something a little more poetic, something that polish guy from the dirty dozen might say, and say "If i had a nickel for every hooker i've dashed against the rocks at the crashing waves," a facetious play on some poem from psalms, and hoy decides to mute me.
I get a little indignant, but it's not that big a deal, whatever, janny doesn't like what I'm saying, gonna unmute me at the end of the round, everyone's gonna forget in a few minutes, that's just the way it is.
Fast forward another round or so and hoy throws me a 6 point warn. The warn in question? "Overly offensive/sexual topics." Now, it's easy enough to rule out it being overly sexual, I never declared anything about sex acts with the sex worker, nothing sexual at all about the scenario except for the mere concept of the world's oldest profession. So that leaves it as an overly offensive topic. Now, ignoring the nebulous, subjective nature of the term "Overly offensive" for a moment, we can pretend that there's some objective line that everyone on the planet is psychically aware of, this idea has been worked over to exhaustion in some of my previous posts, agree to disagree, that sort of thing.
I can grant that people might find violence against sex workers offensive. Frankly, I find all violence offensive, but when we're in this fake game world making up nonsense in a stream of consciousness I think we can dial back the pearl clutching. Maybe I'm a little out of touch, I don't the luxury of being quite as sheltered from real world violence as certain others so my temperature reading might be a little off in that regard, my personal palate might be somewhat askew. I get some people might not want to hear that, my grandmother wouldn't want me to say those kinds of things, that's fine, that's expected, but here's where we deal with the issue of offensive vs. overly offensive.
Now, in the staff guidelines it specifically says "Overly offensive topics... or overly sexual conversations should be avoided... If a player continues such discussions or behaviors after being told to stop, mute/gag the player and issue a warn." There was no verbal warning, as is expressly stipulated in the guidelines. We can, however, acknowledge the staff have some wiggle room on these matters, and this is by design. But returning to that nebulous and subjective nature of the charge, this is one of those scenarios where the wiggle room is baked in. For making some sort of terrible allegory to Billie Holiday's performance of Strange Fruit when a traitor starts hanging bodies, or graphically describing sex acts taken with an unwilling lot lizard, I can understand skipping straight to the warn, I can get that. But this was one of those natural progressions of an offhand comment of bog standard made up physical violence (in a video game focused on physical violence; people are constantly murdering each other in gruesome fashion), one that frankly didn't even go very far, the kinds of characters who would say these things appear in fully monetized youtube videos, which if that's not an indicator of that invisible psychic line to cross then frankly I'm at a loss. At some point hoy accused me of advocating violence against women, but nothing I said did that; it was a progressively generated hypothetical scenario which at any point either of the active duty jannies could have said was intolerable (frankly, the last bit about dashing them against the stones [which was singled out as the final straw] was far less sinister and more absurd than the suggestion about the hypothetical prostitute in my bathroom, but we know this isn't about breaking the rules)
Now hoy and I have a bit of a history, she's said some nasty things to me in some of my previous appeals, as has the moderator saylor, but I've been willing to overlook all that nastiness, water under the bridge and all that, and under normal circumstances I would overlook a false worn given out of obvious personal animosity, were it not for the fact that it pushed me over the threshold into a 3 day ban. In fact, the previous warn was an erroneous one, I said that I disagree with Drake Belle's behavior and the mod on duty disagreed with me saying that, but that's not the focus of this appeal.
I like to think I've been toeing the line and stopping where I'm told, and that this is unfair treatment. To summarize, I was playing up an angle that the trusted member (with whom I have had personally odorous relations) Hoy98 thought was overly offensive. I was then given a 6 point warning, without any sort of indication that I should drop the subject beforehand. Saylor approved, and issued a ban on these false pretenses.
When they did it: an hour or so ago
Potential witnesses: Saylor Twift, voidzzz, Demi, markjsls, and more (it was very full)
Proof: You've got me here, I wasn't recording because I didn't jump in expecting this sort of thing to happen, but I'm sure the aforementioned staff members were and would be glad to provide recordings of their diligent labor as well as their side of the story that they chose not to communicate to me in game.
Other: I know you've got some beef with me, hoy, but this was an inappropriate and immature way to handle it. And shame on you, saylor, for not restraining your junior colleague. As a full-blown moderator, you are expected to have some familiarity with server judgements. I don't like to get this adversarial these days, but you'll have to forgive me if I'm a little frustrated at the moment, considering the circumstances.

Foxka banned me for fraudulent and personal reasons.

To provide context, here is the complete story.

I was detective, a player prop damaged me for 27 HP, so I killed him, another player also shot at him, and in the heat of the moment the player who was assisting me accidentally shot me once. It was clear to me that it was an accident, I did not fire back, and this player did not continue firing.

While the two of us were clearing not fighting, and I was clearly not being shot at intentionally, Foxka then came into the room and killed the player who accidentally shot me, so I killed him. He reported me for "trdm" and his report failed to result in a slay for obvious reasons, but he was very upset, in honesty we both were and I called him a "dumbass."

A few rounds later, I was the traitor, near the end of the match, Deerly started to shoot me, so I killed him, and someone who saw the exchange then killed me. I reported Deerly for what I thought was attempted trdm, and the person who killed me for clear trdm (Deerly shot me first and the guy who shot me clearly witnessed that).

Foxka dismissed the Deerly report without explanation, and entirely failed to handle the second report. 

I PMed Foxka (as I have been told to do by staff when I want an explanation for something) simply asking "Reason for slay?" I asked four separate times, waiting in-between each one to see if he would reply. After the first one, he said something unrelated in chat, meaning that he was not typing a reply. After the second one I saw him prop-surfing, after the third he types in chat, after the fourth he answered me and I promptly ceased questioning, because his explanation was reasonable and he had done his job. 

I said nothing else, and was going to say thank you to him, as any mod who has dealt with my questioning knows I say after I get an explanation/correction. Then he warned me for 6 points for "trolling/flaming."

I would understand if I were PMing him insulting him, spamming him, or something like that. But I wasn't, I reasonably asked for an explanation, and then waited an appropriate amount of time, and then asked again, until I had an answer. 

Let me be clear, the reason Foxka did not slay Deerly was absolutely valid, I have zero issue with his moderation decision there, my contention is that Foxka clearly acted out of spite, or at the very least inappropriately banned me for something I wasn't doing (trolling/flaming).

What They Did: They were gagged by me for saying the n-word and the f-slur. the recording starts about a min after I gagged him. Then he proceeded to buy donor to gag me and ungag himself. I attempted to give him another chance but as he went on about how it was worthless, getting banned on a server he doesn't give a fuck about it was clear to me kicking him was a better option. Especially after several warnings, thats when he rejoined and started spam kicking me so I was unable to join.

What They Did: They were gagged by me for saying the n-word and the f-slur. the recording starts about a min after I gagged him. Then he proceeded to buy donor to gag me and ungag himself. I attempted to give him another chance but as he went on about how it was worthless, getting banned on a server he doesn't give a fuck about it was clear to me kicking him was a better option. Especially after several warnings, thats when he rejoined and started spam kicking me so I was unable to join.
