What They Did: Constantly bans players on lack of proof

The person reporting him states he saw the banana, however, that is a huge assumption. Instead of asking for more proof, UltraFish bans the player.

There are also various other threads where people get banned for somehow causing lag to the server, and they get banned for the reason of hacking? 
Ultrafish also results to kicking alive players in prophunt with the reason "test" because of the random hiccups or server instability that the server might have, as seen in the ballpark thread.
He also banned me for alting, where I have posted an unban thread. I clearly showed enough evidence that my 'account' is not an alt. 
 
He is just a hostile and rude person that needs to go to therapy and get his life in order. He constantly disrespects players with his annoymous 'test' kicks on players and when the players return, he tells them it was a test. You couldn't wait till they were dead?
He bans players on lack of evidence as showed above and when his childish behavior can not find a good enough ban reason, he calls the offenders "alts'. Alt of who exactly?? You can't be bothered to post the original Steam ID of the presumed 'alts'?

For this instance specifically, I was also involved. Fish and I looked into the account and with Mono's help, we found more than enough evidence to prove alt evasion, so he was banned. This can easily be made public, it is in Fish's chat between he and I if anyone would like, I can dig it up.

Just because someone lacks a vac ban doesn't mean they're innocent. In the second video, the aim lock is highly evident, and that is enough for a ban. Aimlock is a hack, and is against our rules.

You can see it several times in the video, one of the most evident is when the player line goes to the book, and back off several times relocking. You need to educate yourself on hacks more if you think this isn't one.

I have asked this staff member to make his videos public again so that I may also go over this evidence so I ask for your patience on this one.

I need to have proof of this please, if you have screenshots, it is needed. As for your evidence in comparison to the evidence fish and I shared for this, your count is absolutely 100% an alt account. I believe fish is going to share all that here for all to see, don't worry.

When making ban requests, abuse reports, etc, I highly do not recommend putting the people down that you're trying to make a report on. Be mature about it first and foremost. If you have proof of these test kicks, it's needed otherwise it's just your word against his.

In the second video of mini oreo, when he shoots there is recoil, therefor he does not use no recoil and/or aimbot. Saying they're outside does not mean oreo has wallhacks, he clearly said it in a sarcaistic tone. Throughout the video, yet again, he plays legit and has no vac ban on his account. You are clearly giving an biased opinon rather than analysing the video throughouly. 

Ballpark: So a 2015 year old account is an alt? Even though the account owns garrys mod and has made tons of videos of playing? Interesting.

As for my thread/ban. I shared my IP, my invoice of GMOD and that I do not run GMOD in family shared.  You cant ban players on assumptions because "oh wow fresh account".

Also please dont contradict yourself in your last statement, when you CLEARLY have a biased opinon on your friend.
The numerous 'test' kicks can already be seen at ballparks thread. He gets kicked for "test" even though he is ailve. He got kicked because "??" rather than asking the owner of the server instability or hiccup.

When the thread existed, min oreo did not have a vac. He got banned 15 days ago. Also he did not get banned from GMOD, so again it doesnt relate to his GMOD gameplay.

You collect enough evidence to prove the person is cheating rather than ban them on assumption. Where is the posted STEAM ID of the people alting? Why is their STEAM ID not posted, so they can appeal for an unban? Right, there aren't any, because they were banned on assumptions rather than proof.

So isn't the two videos aren't helpful for you? Are you ignoring the fact that Mini Oreo was indeed hacking and you're trying to dodge the questions? Again, the two videos are self-explanatory and yet, you fail to see it. And like Fish said on your other thread, he and another administrator (Nuru) are currently collecting all the evidence. And as for the Steam ID, its already provided in the ban request. I really don't see how hard you think those videos aren't "evidence". Hard to believe don't you think?

Edit: I would also add of you being Bitch Evaded. The racism, the hacks, and telling me to go "kill myself" is beyond unnecessary behavior. If you really think if you can get away from that, then all I can say is good luck.
