Reason for Admins to Unban: Hello Dinklebergs, when posting my last appeal, I had been undermining the severity of my behavior viewing my past warns as isolated incidents. However, after reading the replies, I now understand how serious it is, especially considering the recurrence and the impact it had on others. I'd been laughing at other players' expense, selfishly disregarding how they might feel and prioritizing my own amusement. That being said I still would like to play on the server again, this time I won’t be asking for a looser leash or a reduction in my warn points at all. I believe the only non-permanent warn I had has expired, and hope to be able to appeal the remaining ones with time.
Throughout my years on Dinklebergs I've met amazing people whom I cherish and feel honored to call friends, some I even met up with irl. Last year however, controversy sparked, causing a rift in the community. Distrust, secrecy and miscommunication would drive me away from interacting with the community. Having been given the misnomer of a 'clique,' and given how divided the community seemed, my distrust of members of the community—staff especially—would consequently increase. This distrust manifested itself in a return of the repressed against unassociated people, and to those people, I'd like to extend an apology.
The community seems to have moved past and grown since then, and I have too. Thanks to dinks I've grown alongside beautiful people that I'd be remiss not to mention. Nevertheless, I would not pressure any to stand as a witness to my character, and never have, in order to prevent personal biases. As such I would ask YOU, people of Dinkleberg, to witness my growth.
Once again, I apologize for my past transgressions and behavior and hope to be given another chance to play on the server.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, you haven't changed and your replies on the last appeal prove so, you act in bad faith, you downplay your harassing behavior as "laughing at others" and don't take accountability, once someone from staff with higher powers caughts you in your lies you play the "ok but X did this doe" "oh but they think this of me", "I don't know them", it's always someone else's fault
And even if we take into account last year's multiple situations within the community, what kind of excuse is "oh I distrust people so I'm going to be an asshole, just because "
Not to mention the whole condescending tone of this appeal "Oh I did wrong but so did they, im sorry ?"

Kind of wanted to refrain from posting on this but I feel like I probably should leave something.
I know you are trying to make amends and all but I really can't get behind this. This is your 3rd permanent ban you got and almost every single one of them was related to harassment warns. Every time you have returned it only would take around 2 weeks before everything happens again that lead to it in the first place. It would be another thing if there was some kind of improvement or silver lining on this but I have no idea how this would be any different from the last 13 bans you have gotten (Yes that isn't an exaggerated number).
I don't think it has been long enough of a time wait to do this yet. With some more time I might actually consider otherwise but I am still a little skeptical about this based on previous interactions and in general how people have communicated similar situations.
For now I am going to -1. I may actually consider in the future doing an upvote though.

Brother you still haven't proven you've changed. Especially based on your past transgressions and engagement on your most recent appeal. This is a -1 from me. You continue to be a negative force on this server and become hostile whenever things dont go your way. Try to be better.

I'd encourage a direct apology to whomever was on the receiving end (don't really remember this clearly but I think it was harassment related).
If memory serves a ton of time has passed, which may be worthy of another opportunity.

@Cimag I apologize for accusing you of teaming on ttt_aztec_shrine, I jumped to conclusions right after dying and spectating you. Had it been anyone besides QueenVraelka you were defibbing I probably wouldn't have said anything to be honest. I apologize for my toxicity.
@QueenVraelka I apologize for my remarks that night on stadium and aztec shrine, I was disrespectful and rude. I understand I made hurtful comments, and I deeply regret making you feel less than and insulting you, I'll do better in the future.
I totally understand if neither of you want to accept my apology, nevertheless I do sincerely mean it, I wasn't in the right headspace at the time and that is no excuse or justification. I'm sorry
