+1 for promotion to Trusted, BIIG_SAD has done a great job with his ban requests (though they don't necessarily need to be essay length (says the person with essays for applications...)).

I will say though BIIG_SAD, you need to mentally prepare yourself for the abuse that will get thrown your way.  I remember on your Todoroki ban request that you said you needed to decompress after that event.  As staff, you will get abused quite often by players who don't like you enforcing the rules.  You must remember to take time off from the game when you need to, and call in staff reinforcements as needed.

In response to this, Chellman, I can answer to this. The main reason this impacted me so much was because I trusted Todoroki wouldn't, and because I didn't have the speaking powers that I needed to end the nonsense. Basically, after ringing for help, and getting none, the options were to keep recording, or to disconnect. I voted to keep recording past where I was comfortable (and where, staff would have used powers), then hopped off when it got super spicy. After that, I got stuff from outside the game (that was super uncool). Basically, I thought that todo wouldn't hound after me outside of the game, and that he wouldn't harass me in it either. I honestly felt a bit betrayed, and had to take a short bit (about a day), to come to terms with the fact that Todo did a bad.
I do agree that this is something I can improve. Thanks for the critique.

I know I dont appear to be on a lot but I see and hear lots and I have been on with you before and I can honestly say I think you'd be just fine becoming trusted.
your ban reqs are detailed and well done. you offer opinions and evidence on others as well.
you have stood up to trolls and even your friends on occasion.
this is an entry position and it allows for you learn along side the staff and ask questions and receive feedback from all of us.
If you do become staff please remember its okay to keep asking questions and taking time for yourself if and when you need to (it can be for longer than a day)

The best thing you can do is break your ban requests up into smaller ban requests.  In this ban request I've shown, we've got ghosting, harassment, micspam.
In my opinion, you should separate ban requests by type of offense (if you can).  In this case, we could have 2-3 ban requests.  1 for ghosting, and 1-2 for harassment/micspam (could be combined).  The reason why we want to separate the ban requests is because A. it's often faster to deal with certain offenses than others and B. should someone make an unban request, it's better to have unnecessary stuff from other players excluded for clarities sake.

For example: All of these ban requests were from the same 50 minutes.  I know you timestamp your videos already so this isn't that big a change.
