I need to sit down and actually side by side the new and old version but I think changing prop rdm KOS to just flinging props around being KOS is massively lame and unnecessary, at MOST it should be sus.

As a resident propflinger, I actually disagree. It should be treated the same as if you shot a deadly weapon in someone's direction.

Maybe clarify there what part of the round the slay is considered served? Like either start or end

Once they're tacked on and officially part of my permanent record, why can't a player leave? I've had it happen where I made an oopsie and need to leave, made sure to communicate with staff. I figure once I've had the slay tacked on, it would serve even better punishment to kill me at the beginning of my next session instead of being able to leave as soon as I've been slain. I'll be slain regardless.

Throwing props near players has always been KOSable. If it's not near anyone, then it still isn't KOSable.

I think it would be helpful to put "GBA" in parentheses on that bullet point, since when I first joined and read the rules, I didn't realize it meant no GBA until RyanHighman explicitly told me.
