What have been some challenges you've faced as a Tmod?: The continous banter/arguments that can occur with me trying to locate the sound of someone slurring. Trying to find the right warn for some rules being broken.

What have you done well as Tmod?: Able to handle multiple reports and handle a full server on my own mutliple times.

What, in your mind, makes someone a good candidate for Mod? Do you feel that you exemplify these qualities?:
My constant activity as well as being a ready and available resource to help the server. I am often on when there are no mods avavailable. I also have great rule knowledge and give great conclusions to reports and let other staff know of any issues that arise asap.

In all seriousness though, a very warm +1 to you BGgamez YT. When I first rejoined the server in January, I didn't 100% agree with the way you handled staffing. I thought you took things too personally, got a little wrapped up in the drama that is some of the players that come to play on the server and act a fool. In the past few months I think our interactions have warmed up quite a bit to the point I look forward to seeing you log on to the server, and really enjoy playing with you and figuring out the absolute puzzle that some reports are with your input. You've become an incredibly valuable resource for a new staff member in helping to clarify the way certain punishments should be doled out.

Since your last application for moderator, I've seen you take some changes and take things less personally and it's something I like to see. I do have some concerns about that, I won't lie, but overall you're moving in a great direction there and those concerns aren't nearly enough for me to not want you as a moderator. You're one of our most active staff, and I look forward to not having to throw all my mid-day ban requests at Sacred should you be selected for Mod.

I actually can understand and somewhat agree with why his last mod app was denied. I think it was a good lesson to learn at that time, and I believe that he has overcome that challenge now. He is very much less using slays for funny reasons, and through the constructive criticism that was given has learned from it. So I believe he would be a good fit this time. He is very active, cares about the well being of the community, and has a fun and inviting attitude (unlike some of the admins *cough cough* Tdawg4 ;) ).

In terms of understanding your role and handling everything you need to I feel you do a pretty good job. But there are a lot of times when I see you for lack of better terminology, crash out. Or say you’re going to resign. I would want to see this change into more of a positive presence. At the end of the day everyone wants to have fun on Garry’s Mod, and I would hope anyone going for staff or a promotion is still enjoying the times they are online. For now I would have to be a +0 leaning towards -1.
