Non Biased take:

PROS/
- On regularly
- Knows the Rules
- Uses his donor abilities to help tone the server down (And Make ULX Votebans on me).

CONS/
- Availability (N/A, Good Reason)
- Slur Baiting (N/A, Haven't heard you do it in a while)

Overall a +1 since he actually smells like he takes showers.
