My opinion on whether Rand should get staff matters very little so I'll give you the facts.
Rand:
-Very Clearly Cares About The Community
-Was a Great Staff Member
-Is Very Active
-Knows The Rules.
I'm all for rand getting staff, but again my opinion doesn't matter.
