I'm making this suggestion on the forums so anyone else who wants to apply for staff can read this as well.

The best thing you can do is break your ban requests up into smaller ban requests.  In this ban request I've shown, we've got ghosting, harassment, micspam.
In my opinion, you should separate ban requests by type of offense (if you can).  In this case, we could have 2-3 ban requests.  1 for ghosting, and 1-2 for harassment/micspam (could be combined).  The reason why we want to separate the ban requests is because A. it's often faster to deal with certain offenses than others and B. should someone make an unban request, it's better to have unnecessary stuff from other players excluded for charities sake.

For example: All of these ban requests were from the same 50 minutes.  I know you timestamp your videos already so this isn't that big a change.
