Here is a bit of the evidence, none were forgiven
In the First 2 reports he is "Lying in reports" or "Joke Lying" and 2 he denies doing it at all.

In the Last one, he realises he might get banned if none are forgiven and switches tactics to begging maybe?

And that's that, MASS RDM was the reason he was banned and Lying or "Joke Lying" to get out of slays certainly doesn't help.
