I'm gonna defend renzo for a little bit and say that there was enough evidence to issue the ban within the rules; however I don't believe it should have been made.
Just because a ban can be made does not mean it should be made; if there is no detrimental impact to the enjoyment of the server, you shouldn't issue a ban.
Since I don't believe shaye and 9vis' actions were detrimental enough to warrant the ban in the first place, I believe they should be unbanned or receive a reduction and let off with a warning.
