I've asked about this a million times. I think it is a "legal void"
Damien did tell you he was hit by Kaiwan, and in this case it was true. So he had every right to shoot, which means you did rdm.
What if the person claims to have been hurt by the inno they kill and it wasn't true? and you still kill them? tricky situation. Not staff abuse though...
