If you receive slays for RDM, you must remain on the server until all of your slays are served unless you receive permission from staff to leave.
Maybe clarify there what part of the round the slay is considered served? Like either start or end

Once they're tacked on and officially part of my permanent record, why can't a player leave? I've had it happen where I made an oopsie and need to leave, made sure to communicate with staff. I figure once I've had the slay tacked on, it would serve even better punishment to kill me at the beginning of my next session instead of being able to leave as soon as I've been slain. I'll be slain regardless.
