RDM and Leave should accrue a bonus slay, no warn points

+1 in favor a 0 point warn if possible, as multiple RDM and leaves could constitute towards a Minge warn/ban.
Just weird to me that so many of the other things that award warn points are people actively being shitty people, when RDM and Leave can be a mistake. Multiple/mass RDM and leave should also be different.

Current Standards:
RDM x1 & Leave - 2 Point Warning.
RDM x2 & Leave - 1440 Minutes/One Day ban.
RDM x3+ & Leave (Not Mass) - 10,080 minutes/One Week ban.

Seems a little extreme to jump from 2 point warning, full day ban, full week ban.

My suggestions:
RDM x1 & Leave - 0 Point Official Warning, Extra Slay (could be accidental, hit em with a little extra spice)
RDM x2 & Leave - 4 Point Warn, 3 month expiration, Extra Slay per person (4 slay total) - (at this level, seems beyond coincidental, should get slapped with something)
RDM x3+ & Leave (Not Mass) - All slays doubled and 4320 Minute Ban (Three day ban, definitely not a coincidence)
