Thats because our guidelines allow for giving verbals before issuing those warns. (they dont have to be given.)
RDM and Leave however that is not allowed, additionally the warns do fall off, and leave us a record of RDM and Leaves to deal with the player is a pattern develops (Consistent RDM which is a perma)
