Nope. I've only seen Mic Spamming and Delay warns given after verbal warnings against the behavior, means they're actively being a nuisance. In my opinion everything else on the list seems perfectly balanced.

Not in favor of anything that can be truly accidental being tied to warns and bans.

If it's an accident then most cases you'll be forgiven if not you can do @ and ask if it's okay to leave bc x reason if the staff member says you're good you'll just get the slay without the warn I've seen in it practice and tbh it does wonders.
