Anecdotally, as someone who has RMD'd more than most people combined, I don't have a single RDM and leave warn (or any warns), because they are very easy to avoid, mostly by not breaking rules.
Regulars all know RDM and leave is a thing. It has been for ages. Staff generally can tell when something is an accident or malicious just from the vibes of the report and the logs/death scene. If it's obvious someone completely accidentally RDM'd and then left before they were slain, most people wouldn't issue a warn, just the slay. Most regulars who aren't being purposefully obstinate will either not care about the warn, will stay on for an extea 5 minutes, or will just message the staff saying they need to go. It's never been an issue after it was reduced from a day ban for a reason, imo
Also I'm pretty sure Dink has a hard line against multiple slays for a single rdm, but that may matter less now?
