He’s saying that if you take someone’s round with RDM, you shouldn’t get the luxury of choosing when to get slain without also getting a couple warn points.

but you don't get to choose when to get slain; it's always the next round you try to play

So what if you choose your next round to be 1pm on a random Tuesday when there’s 1 other person on the server? Then your slay punishment only lasts ~30 seconds.
