edit: I know the T didn't shoot first in this situation, but not IDing whoever he just killed cost him his life IMO. If he ID'd the body then he would definitely have a basis to report on given he didn't start the fight. I just don't think it's slayable here
I personally don't think I can trust the judgement of a man who just got banned for RDM.
All joking aside, going forward- after a firefight, ensure there is a victim and who that victim actually is. If you don't see the body, there is no dead person. It's like schrodingers cat but with TTT. I had a goof of a similar situation a few weeks ago, and got slain for it and had to educate myself on the rules.
Given your logic? I would have forgiven the report. It's sound logic, but not the "level of proof" they're looking for here.
