Interesting feedback and valid points, but if you see someone shooting at someone like that and run away without KOSing or communicating anything 9/10 players would react like that. I even waited for a second to see if he wrote anything in chat but he just ran away after unloading a clip without saying a peep. Homie also lied to the admins and said he never shot -_- lame report.
