What have been some challenges you've faced as a Tmod?: The continous banter/arguments that can occur with me trying to locate the sound of someone slurring. Trying to find the right warn for some rules being broken.
What have you done well as Tmod?: Able to handle multiple reports and handle a full server on my own mutliple times.

What, in your mind, makes someone a good candidate for Mod? Do you feel that you exemplify these qualities?:
My constant activity as well as being a ready and available resource to help the server. I am often on when there are no mods avavailable. I also have great rule knowledge and give great conclusions to reports and let other staff know of any issues that arise asap.

Other: I do enjoy being a part of the community, I wish to do more in helping out as much as possible. I know I'm not perfect and I do make mistakes, but I try to move forward and improve upon myself. You all can still do the KOS BGgamez
