-1.  It seems like whenever something is being discussed in dinks discords, both main and staff, I frequently disagree with your opinions. One example is your stance on children playing on the server. While I agree they can be annoying and perhaps people should parent their children better, not allowing them just isn't feasible so the best we can do is have rules that protect them in certain situations. Beyond that, all we can do is make sure they follow the rules like any other player. Also not wanting to adhere to rules that protect children seems a little weird to me but idk. Not the best example but it's all I have the screenshots for because a lot of your opinions are in staff chat which I don't have access to and wouldn't leak even if I did. While shit takes don't necessarily affect your staffing ability, I don't feel comfortable giving a +1 to someone with your viewpoints.

I also don't feel like the frost slay was that niche? A traitor called a kos on an inno, that happens pretty frequently. Mistakes like that won't disqualify you from mod as long as it's not a regular occurrence but In my opinion you probably should have waited a bit to show people you've improved after that situation
