The jump from test moderator to full moderator is a huge jump - usually something extra is expected before you become a senior-level staff member. This requires proficiency at all levels of the task of moderation. I don't know you all that well, but I've seen enough that I think I can make a fairly level-headed evaluation:
Positive factors:
- Active staff member, averaging roughly 12-15 hours per week per the game tracker thingy
- active community member both on forums and in discord
- no staff strikes or issued discipline
- eager to moderate, willing to do the job
- willing to accept responsibility for mistakes (e.g. self-slay to resolve the frost complaint)
- long-tenure - been a test mod for roughly 6 months or so

Negative factors:
- No ban requests (is there some private staff discord process for this now? I assume there is so I didn't weigh this factor - but if ban reqs are still expected, my vote would change)
- Shaky on the rules per the frost situation - this is a fundamental issue, and shouldn't be a problem at your experience level (especially how recent it was)
- lack of community support - it's clear folks have an issue, and it's virtually never without cause. Work on what they give you to improve.
- along that point, listening to feedback seems to be a bit of an issue at times - listen to the regular players - they can teach you a lot about the game.

I think Christmas would be a more appropriate time to potentially step into a moderator role. You can improve on these points, and perhaps get a good training for the mod stuff during the school break.
