I think on our end the main concerns is how you are engaging in conflict and discussions with others. You are a confrontational/combative person and it is fun to argue (i would know). But there are multiple instances now of you having an argument (because you believe your side) but also to have fun when the other people involved are very much not having fun and it is something really serious for them. Identifying those situations and then stepping away I think are really important.
I think Jammin said it really well. Mod is a big jump as the role is supposed to be more of a community pillar. Community support is really important for it and not everyone goes straight to it. (I was tmod for 7 years?).
