+1 I haven't had any trouble with him at all.  When i first met him he seem to be pretty chill and relaxed, as time has gone on we have talked a decent amount and every time we talk (which is usually over steam message) He always is respectful and tells me about things going on while i have been away.  He was very quick to tell me when his intro went up and that i should go read it because i guess he just wanted me to get to know him... idk.  He knows the rules well, he knows how to deal with trouble, (from what I've seen) and treats everyone with respect no matter how stupid or ridiculous they are acting.  Overall i would love to see him become staff and i don't think the one month rule should stand in the way but that's just my opinion if it's a big deal then wait a little while after you get 30 days and come back.
