that's not the point i'm trying to get across u and him both said this was not intentional so this should be a reduction and how does your rules not state stuff on accidental rdm witch happens all the time and i bet the only person that brought this up in a report/admin chat was daegen

I'm not for or against either an unban or reduction, I really don't care. I'm explaining what happened as I had already discussed with an admin on what to do.

Yes Daegan brought it up, while I was alive and saw God had left. I was going to give one slay and a day ban. Then I saw he damaged all those people, I spoke with gabe and the lesson here is that unless you're a traitor that's throwing shit at a group of innos, you probably shouldn't throw an incend because it can do a lot. He wouldn't have gotten banned in the first place had he just stayed in the server rather than leaving within the first minute of that round. 

I personally don't like that we ban for rdm and leaves in respect to 1 day - 1 week - permanently. Though it states that's what we're supposed to be doing as staff, I just put context into the problem when deciding what to do. As yes they already have the slays, we still ban for when they leave. 

Also people always accidentally rdm but it's still rdm, it's not up to us if we forgive the report, it's up to the victim of the report. If they leave then oh well, rules are rules. I'm just doing what I gotta do. I was firm with the decision as I had already gotten the second opinion of a higher up.
