I say if you want to, go for it. I like your suggestion of cutting out of fairyworld. Other than just just adding props in random locations inside the buildings, I believe placing many in lined up or random locations may be a good idea as well. Item of not is to make sure that there are enough spawn points for the ph server. If you do not, then it would not be a contender for Dink's ph servers. Then from there, I guess it would depend on how much CSS would be necessary. Since it is already implemented on the TTT server I believe, that issue might not come up that much.
