If you're looking for something sweet/breakfast-oriented, one of my favorite things is something called razuchy, basically Polish pancakes. They're my favorite; they're not that sweet by themselves, they're quite petite, but also very filling.

On the outside they're a bit crunchy, but the inside is tender and soft. I like them usually with jam spread on top or powdered sugar, but they're also great by themselves or with a fruit compote or freshly cut fruit on top.
