I don't think your ready for staff yet.
I do see you handle situations and helping others but I want you to work on continuing that path on so that you know how to handle any situation.
Your amazing, your very potential and compatible with working well but I just don't think you're close.
Continue working on handling situations in the future and maybe you will be accepted next time.
