however as of now I do not think you are fully ready to become a t-mod, 

not just from the reasons above, but

you need to work on your actions since every actions has a reaction.

I know from your view that you cannot be on main most of the time because of your pc could not handle the amount of player on at a time.

Just know that if there a problem in the server that you,

yourself cannot handle alone,

Trusted is indeed just a first step in staffing, knowing the commands and procedures, but it

also for when a situation needs more than just a trusted to handle it, you can ask higher staff.

Even if some of them are unable to assist intermediately, at least Ping us for help

Such as the players that kept breaking the rules, troll, or kept come back under different name no matter the amount of times you kick them, just ping higher staff who can help end that cycle.
